Connect your own cloud SQL database and work in a familiar spreadsheet-style grid — then build the relational, date-aware reports and dashboards spreadsheets can't. Import from SharePoint or OneDrive, check data quality, and ask an AI assistant grounded in your live data (it proposes edits you approve).
Documents
Structured documentation from your own templates — completed in a web portal or by an AI phone line for field staff. Answer in a few words and AI writes the rest, with voice dictation, required-detail checks, a review-and-approval workflow, and export to Word/PDF and your SharePoint or OneDrive.
Sheets — AI for Smartsheet
Not another spreadsheet — an AI layer over the Smartsheet you already use. It reads and documents your setup, answers questions from live data (send a screenshot too), and makes changes across up to 10 sheets that apply only after you approve. Per-sheet scheduled exports to SharePoint or OneDrive, plus a backup token for rate limits.
